  If you do not receive your confirmation email, please contact the purchase site.
• Presentation on the day
  Please show your web ticket at reception on your reservation day.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• As a rule, cancellations and refunds are not accepted after ticket purchase.
• If the event is canceled due to our circumstances (weather/equipment trouble), we will offer a date change or refund.
• No refunds are available for no-shows at the reserved date/time.

Promotions and Notes

• When using promotional pricing or discount coupons, enter the designated code at purchase.
• Depending on congestion and safety conditions, your preferred time slot may not be available.
• Ticket transfer/resale is prohibited.
